It worked for our purposes...

Liked: The hotel was as clean as it could be considering its shabbiness. The staff were nice especially laurie. The bed was comfortable. The water was hot.
Disliked: The room was threadbare and pretty beat up. The towels and bedding were thin, dingy and stained but clean. There were only three hangers for two people.

Disliked: It smelt like cigarettes and old clothes there were crack heads every where

Liked: Bed was comfortable, shower had strong water pressure, friendly staff

Liked: It wasn’t secure, staff wasn’t helpful. Booked a king room got a double

Liked: Going to the hotel across the parking lot instead
Disliked: The fact that I called the hotel 5 days before to change dates, and they approved it with no issues, and when I arrived they told me booking.com declined my payment, even though it had been processed for days..
