Will be staying here every...

Liked: The staff was outstanding! My kids stayed at this hotel for a tournament and my daughter woke up sick. I called the hotel, and they let her stay until the tournament was over. This was such a blessing to a stressed out momma who couldn't be with my girl while she was sick! This will be the hotel of choice for this annual tournament going forward!
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Low and behold we get...

Liked: Breakfast was O.K. except coffee was always only warm and not hot at 8 am. Used microwave to warm and that was alright.
Disliked: Same complaint as last time. We complained about the laminate floor being buckled and destroyed so that you trip over it and nothing has been fixed. And then to get stuck with same dang room again? Really? That sucks.
