Location was perfect for the Patriotic Festival. Able to hear the concert from the top of the hotel was nice since this year, the weather was not perfect.

As an African American I felt really bad and disappointed when I arrived one hour early and was told by Rosemary that I had to wait for my room key. But about five white families came behind me and received their keys immediately. So I asked why I couldn't get my room key like the white families. Only then did I receive my room key with no explanation why I had to wait and the others didn't. My room had already been cleaned. It's a shame a black family who paid the same money for a room was made to feel so bad about staying there. The pain, anguish, and disappointment leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and on my heart. I will never stay there again because of the prejudice and ignorance of the staff!

Disliked: The rooms smelled terrible. There were holes is the wall. The bathrooms appeared dirty with black residue around the toilet and shower. Our rooms didn’t get freshened up on the daily.

Disliked: There was a group of people outside being loud for a few hours in the middle of the night. Sounded like they were right out the door. Property its self was amazing.
