All around enjoyed it.

Liked: Their rooms and beds are really nice.
Disliked: They only have an outside pool; breakfast not that good.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Wifi was good and the breakfasts were better than expected. Good location a tiny bit away from the downtown area and the traffic and construction that goes along with that. Easy to get around town from this motel.
Disliked: The interior decor is what most would politely call "interesting." The cleaning staff seem overwhelmed and are there all day, from before 9 until after 5. My only real complaint is the price. I know it's Traverse City, but this was by far the most expensive place we stayed on our trip, and one of the other places was a luxury bed and breakfast in a mansion. This is just an old motel.

Liked: Very easy access and cleanliness . Staff was friendly too. Pool out back was nice.
Disliked: The pictures shown when booking showed a heart shaped bubble tub and apartment size refrigerator, in actuality it was a standard jacuzzi tub with very little jet power. Just swirled the water a little. The water for the tub started out rusty and had to be run for awhile to get decent water.

Exceptional

Liked: The size of the room was awesome for my family. My stepmom is in a wheelchair and needs room to move around. Amenities were great. I loved that we could park right outside the room and the handicap spot was always available
Disliked: The TV remote was terrible. The breakfast did not have eggs either day we were there. Mattresses had holes in the middle, you could tell they were old
