Might have been okay but...

Disliked: I arrived early after an eight-hour drive, having paid online in advance. I hadn’t realized the check-in time was later than my arrival, so I called to ask if I could check in a bit early. Unfortunately, the staff member I spoke with was not very accommodating and said early check-in was not possible, even by a few minutes. At most places I’ve stayed, this hasn’t been an issue, especially when the room is ready.I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and the somewhat indifferent attitude. Since the reservation was non-refundable, I couldn’t cancel, which added to my frustration. I also noticed cards encouraging guests to tip the staff, which felt out of place given that I completed both check-in and check-out entirely online and had almost no direct contact with anyone.

Liked: Easy to find location.
Disliked: Room set up (including bathroom) was somewhat cramped(stayed in second floor King bed room). Also, room did not have a coffee maker, which was odd.
