Liked: Very clean, well appointed rooms, very comfortable bed, nice bed linens, functional thermostat, toiletries, tea and coffee stocked. Front desk staff very kind and friendly. Pet friendly a plus! Price and location unbeatable.
Disliked: Stayed 2 nights. First night no issues. 2nd night- a complete disaster. Unknown male party rapped on my door at 9 pm, 10 seconds after getting in bed. Said he was there for "cleaning". I called front desk and clerk called police. Police searched stairwells, no sign of him. Unable to relax enough to sleep til midnight, but unable to because party next door kept TV on THE ENTIRE NIGHT- UNTIL 8:30 AM. In addition, a young child in the room continued shouting, whooping and giggling until 3 am. What a fun night.
