Liked: Ease of check in
Disliked: Was charged a $50 deposit checked in at 5 am and checked out at 11 am the same morning and have yet to get my deposit back. I didn't even get to sleep in the room.

Dirty and unaccommodating

Disliked: The room was dirty, the remote and several lights did not work. We requested a smoking room on the ground floor for my mother who has mobility issues and were told they could accommodate, when we arrived they did not have a room on the ground floor so we had to take a non smoking room. There were no grab bars to assist my mother in the bathroom.There was a $17 per night pet fee that was not disclosed until check in. The breakfast was toast, muffins and cereal. At checkout there was no one available in the office and we left our keys in a bucket on the counter and couldn't discuss the situation. Definitely will not book here again.

MY STAY WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Disliked: Room was dirty, no shower curtain, roaches in the room! Staff was treated me weirdly, broken things in the room, some random person walked in my room and then walked in the room next to me and I don’t know who they were! The door barely worked! Blood stain on the sheets, went to ask for new ones and they looked at me like I was crazy. Even upon checking out they acted like they didn’t want to return my deposit! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! I WISH I COULD GET A REFUND!
