My group was at this location for the Frankie Beverly and Maze concert. The front desk was fabulous. The rooms were clean. Service was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Disliked: The bagels served for breakfast had mold on them. I contacted the property and they said they don’t serve moldy food. Basically said I was lying. With limited options at breakfast mild should not be one of them.

Liked: The breakfast is good. The location is ok, but you must walk or take a bus to get to Old Town and take the train.
Disliked: There were some bugs in my room. I was so scared, but people changed my room ASAP.

Disliked: Poor Internet. Worn love seat. Free breakfast was marginal. Coffee was not replenish as necessary.

Disliked: Room services every 3 days is a disgrace. TV was a bit out of focus. I didn't ask for accessible room and was given one. I couldn't use shower.
