Disliked: The third world migrant driving the shuttle was horribly rude.

Almost doable. Depends on your...

Liked: The staff was polite and made sure my room was in okay condition. My room had a few damages and the staff made note and moved me to another room. Much appreciated.
Disliked: My first room had quite a few damages. You can easily hear the person next to you. The bed was definitely worn down. Compared to competitors prices, this was what you get when you opt for a cheaper stay.
