Liked: The location, it was easy to get to and from.
Disliked: They cleaning staff took an item that belong to me. I know for a fact because I didn’t have it no other place.

It SUCKED!

Liked: The only good thing about this motel was the fact that we only booked it for one night. I would have left and went somewhere else if we weren't in hurry to get to Carowinds by five with my wife's family. This will be the single worst motel stay I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. The table was just about broken. The mattress was so worn that you could feel the springs and it was sunk down in the middle. We only managed to get a few hours of sleep because of how bad our backs were hurting from the mattress. The breakfast area also wasn't very clean and the waffle fork/spatula hadn't been cleaned in at least a day, because we were the first ones for breakfast and it had waffle caked on it from the previous day. But the worst part is that I booked deluxe rooms, which the description made clear that there would be a sofa in each room... we had no sofa in either. That was the deciding factor in choosing the Howard Johnson, and I'm really upset because I didn't get what I paid for. And when I approached the front desk, I was basically told, "Oh well, non-refundable, and we don't have any deluxe rooms available anyway". Absolutely horrible.

Low budget hotel, old furniture,...

Disliked: The staff was rude . The breakfast was horrible, the juice was old and our date from October 2024 (Orange juice) Apple juice (Sept 2024) brown and black globs was in my cup!! This a franchise and it’s HORRIBLE!!! Don’t stay !!
