Liked: The staff was very helpful and approachable. Pool was an attraction for the little kids, breakfast was big and good. Location is good - near the Assiniboia spillway, a good destination for a little hike with kids in the fall foliage.
Disliked: The water in the whirlpool in the pool area was not clean (while the pool and the hot-tub were good). There was only one chair in each room with two double beds.

Liked: Very friendly. Older building but very clean. Supper in the restaurant was really good.⁹
Disliked: Entrance at back was not very inviting.
