Liked: Really upset stayed here before
Disliked: Got there no body there locked had to call to get my key at 9 pm,had no wash clothes 2 towels and the microwave had both buttons missing also the elevator was out of order it was out of order when I stayed the last time this makes it ruff for people like me that have bad knees and gout also seen roaches I demand a refund this was the worries place I stayed also the fire alarm was unplugged and not there this is not right

Lady at desk was on her phone and had an attitude when I ask her a question, elevator out if order, breakfast was just an old hard breakfast bar, The fire alarm was there just a empty frame and wires, the walls were patched but not painted, there was some kind of liquid that had rain down the walls, over top of shower ceiling had holes in it

Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, the floor was so dirty the bedsheets was black at the bottom from our feet. The couch was filthy. The front desk was very uninviting we felt that we inconvenienced her when she had to check us in. I was told that a $75 deposit would be charged and then dropped when we left and the $116 for the room would be the only charge and they took both the deposit and room fee. For this amount of money we have been out for a room I am very disappointed in the room and staff. Not a pleasant experience. And do not Recommend.

Disliked: The staff was rude if you have a Tennessee Id no matter how far from here you live in Tennessee you will be informed that they do not rent to locals

We found a different hotel…

Disliked: The hotel room was filthy. Sheets looked like they had not been changed in a month, toilet did not flush, the ceiling was black, and the room smelled as if someone smoked a whole carton of cigarettes in it.
