Disliked: Couldn't go into it or get to stay because the entire pigeon forge fire department said it was on fire and no one could enter. When we finally got in to talk to someone, they said the pool was messed up and no one could use it. They told us to cancel, and they would wave our fee, but now it looks like we won't be getting it either

Liked: Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Staff was rude. Room was disgusting. Pool under construction but didn’t say on website. No breakfast like stated. Just horrible. Do not recommend. Only stayed one night and I really didn’t wanna do that. Left early. Ruined our whole stay

All around a horrible and...

Liked: The only decent thing about the property was the location.
Disliked: The property does not look anything like the pictures. The lobby and the rooms smelled horrible. The air in our room did not work. The staff was very rude. There was no toilet paper in the room when we arrived. When we asked for some from the front desk they acted like it was an issue. Then the following morning we realized there was also no towels or wash rags. When we asked for those they gave us 1 towel, no rags, and told us to come back in 2-3 hours for more that they were doing laundry. When we came back almost 4 hours later we were told the same thing but by a different front desk staff. The carpet in the “closet@ area was ripped off the floor/wall and folded over. The door on the bathroom had a hole like someone punched it. The lock on the door to the room was broke off. The bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. It was all around a terrible stay, and very unpleasant atmosphere. Sunday when we went to check out the front desk staff was sitting in the lobby area telling another person that they didn’t have any towels and to come back in 1-2 hours. when we tried to check out we were told to leave our key card on the desk and we were good to go. they never asked for our room number nor took the time to get off the couch in the lobby area to even go behind the desk and formally check us out.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was very poor when I arrived when I asked for the room to be clean per my request weed smoked in the room with weed and joints on the floor the table was full of way no coffee maker no working elevator breakfast was cereal bars

Liked: Nothing, this place was horrible.
Disliked: Staff wasn't friendly, rooms smelled like an ashtray, our ac quit working and staff kept giving a run around about it being fixed. Worst experience ever!
