Liked: Hard to get to

The old saying “YOU GET...

Liked: Located close to so many things and even within walking distance from many restaurants and a grocery store.
Disliked: In the middle of the day a staff member walked right in the room without even knocking. Hot tub and pool was cold but at least they were open. Breakfast was very minimal and many items were gone. No one answered calls we and Wyndham made to them for 3 days prior to my trip to ask if I could bring a dog so we didn’t get to. Yes… you can just needs to be paid for at check in. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Only the lady who runs the desk at night actually made us feel welcome there.

For the price you get...

Liked: Location was good. Staff seemed nice. Easy on and off highway. Hotel was quiet.
Disliked: Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Towels were old. Clean towels off the shelf had stains on them. Just felt dirty overall. Hotel is older and definitely needs an upgrade.

Liked: Nice location right off the highway. Near shopping. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel staff on phone and in person told me I would earn points for my Wyndham rewards plan even tho I booked thru Booking.com. I found out later that is not true. Breakfast was very sparse and had to ask for missing or empty items.
