We had a great stay at HoJo, Pasadena. We were running the Pasadena half marathon and the hotel provided us with free bottled water, extended breakfast house and extended our checkout. Location is great - walking distance to yummy restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

Expensive and dirty

Liked: Cereal and toast.
Disliked: I've always had a good time staying at Howard Johnson's but this one was run down, and very dirty. We found hair in the bed, and in the "clean" towels. When we opened the fridge, it was turned off and full of mold. We paid $270/night for 2 adults and three kids. Booked 4 nights but left after 3.

Comfortable bed and affordable

Liked: Close to where i need to be, affordable, bed is comfortable
Disliked: Need cleaning before checking guest, breakfast need upgrade. Atleast add eggs and bacon.

Comfy and Convenient in Pasadena

Liked: Friendly staff Saimin greeted us. Room and beds were awesome. Private 2nd room was a treat. Very good location across from Pasadena City College.
