Disliked: I didn’t even book the room through the hotel I booked it through booking.com and booking.com was very misleading it said that there was no cancellation fee and it also stated that I could pay when I arrived at the property which was all a lie so booking.com Failed to put in for me of the hotels policy that if you don’t cancel by 6 PM then they charge you the full amount of the room I wasn’t able to make it to the room because I had car trouble and I called at 6:18 PM and they still would not refund me my money back And then also their 6 PM policy just started that day the day that I didn’t call so neither booking.com nor Howard Johnson worked with me to satisfy my customer both were very rude would not let me speak to higher ups and still charge me the full amount totally totally disappointed totally will never ever ever Book another room through booking.com nor with the Howard Johnson. But I did end up making it up to the property and when I got there the property was absolutely disgusting full of crackheads and prostitutes all walking around looking to score their next victim
