Dirty room, rude managers. Avoid...

Disliked: Some guy was screaming theats and playing load music in the parking lot without anyone doing anything, which wouldn’t be as big of a deal for anyone that lives in a city but not a good start. A roach ran by me on the way up the stairs. Inside the room there was a long black hair on the bed and the bathroom door was locked shut. Smokey smell. We checked out right away and went to another hotel. Night desk receptionist was polite and offered another room, but the manager I spoke with the next day was very condescending, cutting me off and demanding photos of the roach, like the photos of hair and everything else wasn’t enough. Refused to refund and hung up on me. I travel a lot and stay at modest accommodations, and I wouldn’t have been bothered if it wasn’t for how rude the manager was. I haven’t been treated like that in years. Everyone should avoid this place and a health inspection should be in order.

Disappointing

Disliked: Dirty, smells like insecticide, and the breakfast is really bad. The staff doesn’t give a shift about anything, as if money rained from the sky and you don’t need to do well your job.

Disliked: I didn't like it at all. Terrible attitude at the front desk. Bugs in the beds and in the whole room. Lost almost $600.00 for advance reservation.
