VERY DISAPPOINTED

Liked: Location, that’s it.
Disliked: Hot Tub broken, heater broken, one blanket on bed, person above us on 2nd floor paced for 5 hours, we never fell asleep till after 2am! Very frustrating!

Great experience

Liked: After reading other reviews I was skeptical going. I had a great experience with front desk staff very friendly. Room was toasty. Spa tub excellent.
Disliked: Could definitely use more towels. Especially with the spa tub. There was a dead fly in the bathroom and one towel had been worn a little thin with a hole.

Liked: The coffee was great.
Disliked: It was minimal, at best--microwave oatmeal or choice of two dry cereals. There was no fruit. There was no protein, except for the milk on cereal or in coffee. The space for it was very cramped, tiny.

Liked: hot water, heat, microwave, front desk person, good bathroom fan, toilet paper, true non-smoking rooms
Disliked: bad mattress and pillows, weak flooring(sub floor was weak and had holes), toilet made for a child not adult, bathroom door needed replacement because of water damage, new windows blinds needed because they did not close all the way, possible bugs.

Liked: Stayed several times..near our venue. Easy in and out. Clean will stay again
Disliked: beds could use another blanket instead of sheets. Not sure who left the heat on wide open....doubt it was the staff. We turned it off & cooled the room down. Outlets on the desk lamp did not work, few outlets meant we had to search a bit to find a place to charge phones etc. Otherwise all good.
