Horrible nasty! Never again I...

Liked: Gave me another customers room I walked in on her and her boyfriend. With my children. Very scary there’s prostitutes, walking the hallways and going around the room very loud and hear loud music, sirens and people partying all night long yelling fighting and then the next room they put us in. I had to walk back up to the office to get another key to move me to the room, they put me in a room infested with roaches and then blamed it on FEMA. I will never stay at that facility again and then they move me to another room. The sheets had blood stains in the covers and it’s like blood water all over the wall. I don’t suggest staying there with children. It’s not safe or clean. I give it one. Customer service was OK. I felt bad for her. She was trying to apologize as much as she could, but one person can only do so much but no, I will never stay there again for my company in the account will be lost for sure. Thank you.
