Disliked: Dirty floor, dirty bed linens, cable was fuzzy, water not hot, bad order. Everything except location.

Liked: Get rid of the violence, I paid for my room online. They charged me another $50 deposit that I did not get refunded
Disliked: Drugs, violence, people working there where very rude and fighting

Liked: The room was OK.
Disliked: The unexpected expense of the $50 deposit that I best get back. No parking lot lighting in a bad part of town. The hassle by Booking.com because they didn't know the correct room charges.

Disliked: The first room we were put in smelled like a carton of cigarettes and it had stains and hair all over the beds and the bathroom had hair all over it. The receptionist was great. She gave us another room that was not cleaned properly. That room did not have any towels in it. It also had hair all over the sheets and bathroom. It had one dirty used face towel on the sink. The receptionist gave us some towels and sheets.
