Poor

Horrible!

Liked: Upon arrival the heat was set on 70 degrees, on dry, not heat. It was 24 degrees outside. We turned the heat on as high as it would go, it never got warm til the next morning. The blanket on the bed was as thin as the sheet. Plus we were put in the very back of the building with the people who live there. It was not a great stay.

Disliked: The room was very cold, the heater just slightly worked. The water in the shower barely came out, more was going into the tub than out the showerhead.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The receptionist was not helpful. The bathroom counter had sugar stuck all over it. Someone had set the thermostat to 78 degrees.

Disliked: Asked for wheelchair accessible and given a room with a large step
