Disliked: Poor service, pool was not usable, our AC did not work properly!

Liked: It was a nice hotel
Disliked: There truck was didnt get there for there delivery, so there breakfast was nasty

Liked: The staff was kind, understanding, patient, and helpful, especially once they understood my absolute dissatisfaction with the state of the room.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. The bathroom, which is the main feature I focus on was dirty, in disrepair, and had poor useability, which leaves one to question the rest of the cleanliness of the room.

Liked: Pool Area was nice.
Disliked: Staff was never around. Room was in poor condition, floor around one of the beds was messed up, and plug near window did not work correctly, shower was low water pressure and knobs didn't function well. breakfast was alright at best.

Disliked: The oustide door had no lock to the hallway. The pillow cases on our bed looked like they'd been run over by a cart. The bathroom wall had been patched but not painted. The water blasted hot when the toilet was flushed.

Disliked: My bed was only made 2 days out of the 5 i was there. ztrash in the bathroom was only removed once.

Liked: Location and friendly staff.
Disliked: This motel was extremely rundown. I cant believe it meets Howard Johnsons standards!

Disliked: This hotel is really run down
