Liked: We stayed for 1 night in November. Spacious and clean room. Friendly staff at front desk and good customer service. Easy check-in and checkout. Good coffee machine in the reception area. Convenient location and good value for money.

Bedbugs

Liked: Front desk staff member was nice.
Disliked: Can't accurately rate the stay because we did not stay; when checking the room we found bedbugs.

Great staff, terrible sheets

Liked: Lady at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The sheets were too small for the bed and so put un Sideways to be wide enough but stopped 2 feet from the end of the bed!

Liked: Location is good. It is clean too, staff was nice and gives very clear instruction.
Disliked: Breakfast was too simple, small muffins and a cup of coffee + yogurt.

Liked: Clean and comfortable motel in Gananoque. Very good option for the price. Free hot drinks all day in the lobby and easy breakfast items in the morning. Free Wifi.
Disliked: Wifi was not very strong, so some applications did not work. Roku TV instead of cable TV, so we couldn't watch the sports we were hoping to watch.
