Very poor

Disliked: There was a bug in my room and in our car out in the parking lot. The door to our room had a 1- 2 inch gap at the bottom, which is where the bugs were probably coming in at, that I had to stuff a towel in to feel a little bit better. I took a picture of the bug in our room to show the front desk people when we checked out. The guy just laughed and said, "This is the South, we have bugs down here." They said they couldn't refund my money because I went through a 3rd party to book the room.

Disliked: Railroad too close to the place and train honking around midnight and then again around 3 am, woke me up both times

Liked: Room was comfortable and had very modern decor. Very clean and was a great value.
Disliked: No fan in bathroom.

Liked: Robin was awesome. Helped me deal swiftly with the error from Booking.com
Disliked: Booking.com didn’t send my reservation to the hotel, so I had to pay $9more for my room and luckily they had one available
