Liked: Very friendly and nice but got put up stairs with 5 kids and had a man staying be very aggressive but staff and faculty very good

Liked: Clean and price was good
Disliked: Bathroom was freezing, I'm thinking either no insulation in bathroom or the window needs sealed. The curtains did not close all the way

Doggy snow day

Liked: Clean, beds were great and the pillow set up was awesome! One of the better places we've stayed in. Loved the shower. Love that it was dog friendly too. Will use again!
Disliked: Beds were too high off the ground, could not just sit on bed, had to jump up to get on. Not enough towels.

Polite and Accommodating

Liked: The morning staff and evening staff where both very accommodating and friendly!! The morning staff was so polite that he made our pancakes for us and it was just all around very pleasant experience.
Disliked: The SNOW!! IT WAS FREEZING IN THE MORNING.
