Liked: Close to the hospital, so expect traffic and siren noise. We got upgraded to a better room, so thanks to the young man ( the one with the beautiful smile

Liked: For someone with a court appointment the next day, the location is good. The front desk night staff did try to help but he simply cannot make a silk purse from a sow's ear.
Disliked: Maybe deodorize the rooms if possible. The first non-smoking room we were offered smelled like a wet ashtray which had been sprayed with Febreeze. The second was better but still poorly cleaned, stinking of smoke and even had a cigarette butt left on the inside window sill.

Disliked: Lots of surrounding noise. Property is showing its age and getting really rundown
