Liked: Super clean rooms
Disliked: Homeless people hanging out on the second floor stairs (outside early morning) coffee at breakfast tasted of chemicals and was undrinkable.

Liked: Overall the room was fine for a one night stay.
Disliked: The pictures advertised on booking.com did not reflect the condition of the hotel. Garbages in the hall were full and overflowing, glass ring stains outside hotel room door, the carpet in the room was dirty and did not look like it had been vacuumed, there was a used bandaid on the floor under one of the tables.

Very affordable and convenient

Liked: The property is older but very well kept and clean. The location was convenient - it was a short drive to McArthur Park and a hockey tournament.

get what ya pay for

Liked: great location. get what ya pay for. I did appreciate getting a late check out to accommodate my child's nap.
Disliked: room smelled of cigarette smoke. did not feel comfortable eating anything out of the breakfast room. it was very dirty. mold in the orange juice, cold and most likely day old coffee. waffle maker looks like it has not been cleaned in a very long time, not that there was waffle batter, wouldn't of used it anyway. overflowing garbage in the breakfast room when i was the first person in. also garbage in the parking lot for the 3 days I was there did not get picked up. Quick overnight stay is one thing but would not stay for more then that again. I had to go get my room key reprogrammed every single time I had to open the door.
