Liked: Close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg! Walking distance and the trolly stop
Disliked: Room was recently remodeled and the light switches are dingy from cigarette smoke from back in the day! Draft around the door? Could feel the draft across the room to the bed!

Liked: Amazing location! 3 min walking distance from the main street and Anakeesta! Staff was SOOO nice! Place was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool unfortunately we couldn't use cause of the weather but it looked so inviting!
Disliked: Breakfast was not really a breakfast.. Was just coffee and some snacks to take with you so that was a bummer cause we had to go get breakfast somewhere else.

Liked: Location, and price.
Disliked: No breakfast even tho is was advertised to have it. Picked matresses up and check for bugs and although we didnt see bugs the bottom of the matresses were filthy with other guests hairs, stains, dirt, crumbs and more. Stain on the wall.

A cute budget option in...

Liked: Great location, walkable to the main street in Gatlinburg and great value for money. Really liked the little touches like the fire pit and bear statues that take this Place from a motel style place to somewhere with character. Would stay again!
Disliked: Only slight problem was that our fridge didn't work and it took a few days to get it sorted but the staff did switch it out for a working one eventually.
