Disliked: room being changed without being asked booked two rooms both handicap mobility and with walk in shower got tubs and one on first floor and one on second floor booked king in one and got two double beds very uncomfortable beds not happy at all then said they were comping pet fee and charged for both room a pet fee and don't get me started on plumbing had to get plunger several times and water would not get hot
