It was ok and quick...

Liked: It was affordable. The staff first told us they only had a 2nd floor room with no elevator but after telling him I had a very heavy suitcase he found us a first floor room.
Disliked: The bathroom floor looked as if it hadn’t been mopped and parts of the floor was sticky. The bathroom counter also hadn’t been cleaned.

Bad

Disliked: Bathroom floor was not clean.walls were not clean.

Liked: The only thing I disliked about this trip is that the maid man threw a fit when I went to get clean towels off his cart after bringing my dirty ones!

Liked: The staff was friendly and hotel was conveniently located.
Disliked: They advertise a “continental breakfast”, but all they had was cereal and muffins. The beds and pillows were worn out. The floors were filthy.

Liked: It was a wonderful place to stay at. The hotel was walking distance to some fast food places and close to ruby falls and Rock city. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were really comfy.
