Great hotel great value would...

Liked: Everything was really good, although the bed needs to be updated as it had a lump in the center of the mattress. And it seems like every time I go there the hot tub is always out of service. Other than that, the staff is great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is pretty clean and the rooms are clean.

Poor

Liked: When we arrived there were no towels in our room. We didn’t get room service the next day to get towels either. Our key cards kept auto deactivating so we spent more time getting those reactivated than anything else it seemed. The price was decent, but the stay was disappointing. Staff were mostly pleasant. There was only one staff that wasn’t very friendly so that was a plus. Also we were told there was breakfast until 10am and with went down at 930am and they had already closed it. Just wasn’t what we hoped for.

Disliked: Heater was broken first night & blew cold air. I froze to death. No towels. Dirty. They moved me to another room for 2nd night. Heater worked but room also dirty & no towels. Couple in room next door fought all night.

Disappointing

Liked: There was dried poop, a latex glove and a toy under the bed. This is the first time staying in a pet friendly room at this location. I understand pets in a room will not smell so great but they expect them to still clean the room.
