Liked: Quietly out of the way from a bunch of traffic!
Disliked: There was blood splattered on the bathroom wall behind the toilet, and the refrigerator was left dirty

Give the Lady that worked...

Liked: The location was the best part.
Disliked: When I checked in the woman was rude. I had to ask when breakfast was, pool hours, how to get to my room. Then got to the room. I was missing the coffee maker I called down to get one and she said I will try and find one. Went to the pool it was fun. No pool towels so went to front desk got those and asked about the coffee maker for my room. I got told I'm the only one here so I can't bring you one. Later on that night My daughter wanted a snack so she went down only had a $20 went to the audit clerk and he said We can't break that. I could see that if it was a bigger bill yes but a 20 no. The next morning when we check out the lady was great told me the could have rented me out a coffee maker that is right in the back office. Wow one great person out of the 4 people we spoke with. Give that lady a raise. I checked out Sunday morning at 830am.

Liked: Quick response to changing rooms.
Disliked: Cleanliness lacking. Found lice in room 261. Property needs fumigated and antibacterial cleaned. Found carpet bugs in the room we were moved to, room 255.

Liked: The staff was kind and the lobby was nice. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The pool is outdated but was fairly clean and a lot of fun for the whole family. The room was not very clean but the bedding was clean and fresh.

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: Poor service, dangerous environment, not comfortable atmosphere, would not honor cancellation, have to pay extra to use slide in pool, poor upfront service when issues arose. I would not recommend staying here. Very unsafe environment not family friendly.
