Worst place I’ve stayed in a long time.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Smelled deeply of smoke.

Reasonable rates. Could use an update but it was clean and comfortable and I slept well.

Liked: Clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: No drain plug for the tub and toilets are loud and clunky when flushed.

Wouldn't recommend it. Do not stay here. This place is in dire need of upgrades and reno's!

Disliked: Very overpriced! The room smelled like urine. The pool was dirty and looked to be broken down for a long time. There was no hot tub as advertised. The list goes on...

Horrible nightmare

The room I saw for a minute then was unceremoniously tracked down by the desk manager and given the riot act about my service animal and he demanded another $20 for the night and $100 additional for some type of deposit. Both are illegal and unacceptable. And are well detailed in Booking.com FAQ, this behavior regarding service animals is prohibited by well established laws. And I do not have to explain or declare this. At this point, after already checking me in, the desk manager canceled my room reservation, refunded the room charge and the taxes, and took back the room key. When I showed him that Booking still showed I have an active reservation and reservation number and no money has been refunds to my bank account? The desk manager told me to leave the premises or he would call the police.
