Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near my planned entertainment event.

Disliked: Parking was unsecured.

The reception area was pleasant and helpful; the room clean and well stocked with every necessity; the only drawback would be the surrounding environment - while it was located quite near the boardwalk, the neighborhood did seem to be lacking in promoting a feeling of safety.

Liked: Affordable and clean.

Hidden gem in the heart...

Liked: Thomas at the front desk was great! Amazing customer service, easy to speak with, and very helpful and pleasant conversation with him! Check in was quick and easy, and Thomas was very helpful to us!
Disliked: The elevator broke immediately after we made our way up to our room with our bags. Just a mild inconvenience but nothing that would shy us away from staying here again, as we’ve stayed here a dozen times and this was definitely a one-off situation.
