Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was located near my planned entertainment event.

Disliked: Parking was unsecured.

The reception area was pleasant and helpful; the room clean and well stocked with every necessity; the only drawback would be the surrounding environment - while it was located quite near the boardwalk, the neighborhood did seem to be lacking in promoting a feeling of safety.

Disliked: I did not like the homeless, drug addicts, and panhandling at the corners. The air conditioner/heating system made a constant humming noise and no shut-off control for the system. So I had to hear this noise continuously. The same goes for the lights in the bathroom - continuous loud humming once light is on.
