Disliked: Chose economy and given building 6. Really felt old and worn down, bathroom door was difficult to close, shower/hot ware took literally about 10mins to reach our room.Didnt like or appreciate the over policing of the pool area, especially adult pool - went to have a try of pool area with myself and 11yr old boy. Wouldn’t let us in it as my boy had left his wristband in room. Literally nobody else in pool area and really? You think he wasn’t my son or something or walked in off the street in full swimmers 😂🤷‍♂️Hotel seemed mostly vacant yet still upcharged us for early check in and check out. Daylight robbery. Main reason we Uber all around LA area is the nightly car park hotel fees! Would rather pay it to drivers.

Great location and staff.

Liked: Very close to the park. Quick walk down the street. Staff was amazing.
Disliked: My personal opinion if you are staying there I don’t think parking should be extra fee. Let it be up front in the booking information. Other than that loved the stay.

Surprisingly disappointed.

Liked: Room was clean.
Disliked: Parking is limited. If you have to pay for parking they should reserve parking spots close to the building you are staying in. The rooms are quite small. My room said pool view but that’s not what we got. Market provided is extremely overpriced. The “water park” is a joke. For the price paid, you can save money by booking somewhere else that provides breakfast at least and then just pay for disney parking, as it’s similar in price.

Liked: Well we didn't get to even enjoy it . After a long long day at Disney , we went to check in and we're told that booking canceled out reservation . No reason or explanation. did not offer us another room or any assistance. It was 1130 pm on a Friday with 3 kids under 5 . We had to try apund and drive the 2 hours home. We had received texts all day about our stay and even on the app . I even received a text about extending our stay if we wanted to checknout later the next day .
Disliked: Nothing
