Liked: It is conveniently located for visiting UMASS campus. Ample parking. Warm inside and beds are comfortable.
Disliked: It’s old and dated and smells like a retirement village. Breakfast is basic with paper plates and cups. Housekeeping tried to enter my room at 0900 without even having the courtesy to knock.

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: Facilities are old and other guests can be heard within your room.

Liked: Room size is decent and beds were comfortable enough.
Disliked: Bathtub was blocked. Breakfast was terrible. Room was never cleaned during our stay of four days/three nights. We had to call to get towels changed and toilet roll to be refilled. The AC/heating unit in room was super noisy and loud. Water was dripping down from the ceiling at the lobby and guest room corridor :(

I did not even stay...

Liked: I did not LIKE anything. I walked out of the hotel. They gave me a room in the basement with a bay window completely broken. I could not lock it and it opened to the road which was HUGE safety issue especially because I travelled with a young child. When I asked them to give me different room, the guy said it was not his problem but that of house keeping and he can’t change. I wasted my money and last minute had to go searching for another hotel with a child. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. I would recommend you close listing this place on your site as a favor to your customers as I do not want anyone else to go thru what I had to endure.

Worst HJ’s I’ve ever seen....

Liked: Nothing - it was disgusting.
Disliked: Everything was gross. Towels had stains, sink was filthy, bedding was gross, there were stains on the ceiling. We didn’t stay the night. We left! We asked for another room and was told there were none. We got offered an employee room…as a GUEST we shouldn’t have to stay in an employee room! Gross.
