The staff at the front desk were great, but the male housekeeper was very rude. I had a DO NOT DISTURB... SLEEPING sign up on the door and he opened the door twice. I told him NO THANK YOU and he just continued coming in. I told him again, I need nothing so please let me sleep. He still continued. I finally got up and said to please leave because I am trying to sleep and closed the door.

Disliked: Room was awful curtains didn’t cover up the windows very dirty and not well kept bathroom sink was probably the cleanest part of the room the bathroom was dirty not well kept furniture in the room was chipped and dirty mattress was flat and not comfortable hard as a rock air from outside came into room when the door was closed also did not smell good inside the room

Renovation

Liked: The couch was dirty, the bed had stains and the water made your skin feel rubbery. There was a weird smell and the rug was dirty.
Disliked: Wasn’t clean looked like it was cleaned in 5 minutes.

Amazing staff that was caring...

Liked: The room was spacious and I was here for an emergency and the staff was amazing at working me as the dates kept adjusting.
Disliked: Took a minute to find the breakfast area and cups had no lids.
