Disliked: Very old rooms, bathroom in terrible shape with mould, very noisy from the highway, old beds that gave me back pain, that parking costs extra besides the high price. The ceiling is so low that I hurt my hand when drying myself,…

Very poor - wouldn’t stay...

Liked: The shuttle up to 3 miles radius was useful
Disliked: The pool is out of action and has been for a long time - no sign of this on booking website. It was 40+ degrees in Houston and no way of cooling off without travelling to another Marriott. The breakfast was poor - there were flies in one of the drawers that contained muffins - put me off. Staff were mostly helpful, but not always the most friendly.

Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Hotel was undergoing some renovations (namely the pool was closed) - but it's a pretty decent place to stay near the galleria. It's within walking distance from a pretty nice whole foods and some restaurants - and there's a decent workout facility
Disliked: The pool was under maintenance
