Great for a short stay,...

Liked: The location is truly hard to beat. Many things are open late, easy to walk to and there’s a variety of activities to enjoy, there’s something for everyone it adds amazing value. The beds are also super comfortable.
Disliked: The room lighting and decor is great but the room could be much much cleaner for the price you’re paying. My room personally felt very used and not kept, the bathroom made me question a few times when’s the last time it was clean. Although the staff is nice and quick, the professionalism could use some improvements.

Liked: My family and I really enjoy our stay. It is a great location and walking distance from stores, restaurants, and local activities.
Disliked: There was a lot of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night. You can hear people just hanging out and laughing out in the halls for a while.

Liked: Location and comfort. There was free public parking right next to the hotel. It has a very nice lobby where you can sit and chat. The breakfast was very very nice also with an omelet station and lots of other choices.
Disliked: Little noisy at night because it was down town but if you get a room on higher floors then I don’t think that would be a problem. We were on the 5th floor so it was not that bad.

Comfortable stay, great location

Liked: Location was fantastic, close to restaurants and a mall. Having a starbucks on site was also great. The room was comfortable and aircon worked well. Breakfast was standard fare and was fine.
Disliked: Room service was served in takeaway boxes/wooden cutlery rather than a plate and cutlery. For the price paid and type of food, it was disappointing and inappropriate. I could have paid half the price with an uber eats. Cutting meat with a wooden knife was a struggle and it just felt wrong. It was a shame as the food was good.
