Liked: location location location
Disliked: The pool was lovely but really no ambiance around. We would have spent time there as originally anticipated but it lacked welcome. Greenery would have worked.

Passable

Liked: The staff were very good and the room was clean.
Disliked: The hotel desperately needs a revamp it was like going back to the seventies and eighties era location is good for the terminals at the airport particularly terminal c.

We wouldn't stay there again...

Liked: The room was adequate but dated like the hotel itself. My husband (85 years) had a fall on the escalator due to his mistake of taking the suitcase up on it. There was a sign saying you shouldn't do that. All the same, they didn't have anybody help us with luggage or indicate how we could get up without using the escalator. The escalator stopped, I had caught my husband's head on my leg but a guest had to help him up.
Disliked: The swimming pool area is very smelly of plane fuel and very uninviting generally. Very unattractive.
