Liked: We liked the location, the room and breakfast most of all. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a really nice boutique hotel in a good location with friendly staff and a great breakfast. It got a lot of things right.
Disliked: There's nothing really that comes to mind. The hotel met all of our expectations.

Liked: Handy for the Mandela Hall. 20 mins walk to the centre. Car parking is a problem. Feels unsafe late at night near the hotel. Staff are friendly. I’ve gone a few times in recent years and it seems to have downhill a bit

Liked: Close to our wedding venue. Close to breakfast eateries. Very lovely caring receptionist.
Disliked: Noise from entertainment and street and darkness of corridors. Some areas could do with refurbishment. Coffee cups not quite large enough to take the water portion of the coffee machine it had obviously caused problems because veneer was peeling off the table.
