Great boutique hotel for couples or singles wanting a chill and stylish atmosphere. Delicious continental breakfast and great service from staff. Within walking distance to most historical places. Wonderful European vibe.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and modern. The small touches of free light breakfast, afternoon tea of cheese and wine and free coffee were a nice extra that added to our enjoyment of the hotel. The hotel is in walking distance to the ferry, attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was a little on the small side. It wasn't an issue but may be for some.

Liked: Lovely relaxed atmosphere. The complementary cheese and wine at Calamity’s Rod each evening was a lovely touch. The Hougomont’s location is excellent.
Disliked: The shower needs an overhaul.
