Disliked: we arrived to find that our 3 suites were no longer available, the alternate rooms were useless, to room doors opened onto the street and 2 of the 3 locks did not work.we did not stay and booked into another hotel for the night. the rooms looked nothing like the photos on the booking site.have tried contacting the hotel directly for a refund but they will not reply. full payment was taken the day before we arrived.
