Very good
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they had my first & last in the system backwards & it made it kind of hard for them to find my reservation. Had to sit in the parking lot for almost a hour until they realized what they did

Superb
Liked: The room was very nice and very well apportioned. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was excellent for our needs which was a stop over for the night on our way to Illinois and to see the Gateway Arch. We enjoyed the casino and dinner at the restaurant in the Horseshoe Casino adjacent to the Hotel Lumiere at the Arch via a skybridge. The staff was very friendly and the check in/ check out process could not have been easier. l
Disliked: The only disappointment with the whole stay was that there was not a hot tub or sauna for guests any longer.

It was good, but it...
Liked: The location was pretty good, really close from where I was attending the game. The room was clean, and I wasn't expecting having a couch inside of my room. And then, the casino, it's really tempting, but maybe next time I will go over there, looks pretty nice as far as I could tell.
Disliked: I didn't liked to pay security deposity, on booking they didn't mention that. I was charged for early check in. BASICALLY EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE FINAL PRICE, BESIDES WHAT I DID PAY BEFORE.

Disliked: The Wi-Fi never worked from the beginning to the end of our stay , only 1 elevator worked which so happen to be the one that’s literally across the way from my room so I had to literally travel to get to my room, I was charged for then deposit (which 8 never got back) and I been calling at least 1x a every week I left over 5 voicemails and never received a call back and it’s been over a month this charges is still pending with my account. I left the room how I had it so it’s no reason for me not to receive my $100 back or at least got a called back with a resolution for that matter … i was definitely overcharged for this unsatisfactory service I will NEVER book here again
