Liked: The exceptional hospitality of the entire staff and their everlasting quest to satisfy and accomodate their customers. We were arriving late from a ferry crossing in Ancona and not only did they allow us to park our car securely in the back of the hotel they organised a pizza wine and profiteroles dessert for us after their restaurant had closed. it was waiting for us when we arrived almost 2 hours late. We were so grateful. Their genuine support and approach to customer satisfaction was outstanding. This is a very special holistic experience. Definitely not one to miss. We will certainly be back.
