Good location comfortable rooms

Liked: Good location next to the cathedral square. 20 minute walk from station.
Disliked: No reception at night door entery system only has always worked well.

Love it and will definitely...

Disliked: The desk chair looks nice as decoration but terrible to sit on and work. Replace the shampoo/ conditioner for just shampoo and use better quality coffee in the bedrooms.

The location was great but...

Disliked: I have MND so I have great difficulty carrying luggage and walking. I had extensive communications about my disability but on several occasions I was emphatically told I could not drive near the hotel to unload as cars are not allowed. Lo and behold after nigh on killing ourselves we get to the hotel on foot to a CAR parked in front of the hotel!!!

In a very touristy area...

Liked: It was centrally located
Disliked: It was very loud both inside and outside. The room smelled like cleaning solution.
