Nice hotel but service is...

Liked: Hotel was clean and Modern. The location was on the Southern edge of the Inner City, 3 blocks from a free tram stop. Had no trouble parking my hire car and that, plus breakfast was included.
Disliked: After checking my credit card, I discovered that the hotel had charged me for my room twice! When i raised this with the manager, his only reply was "Oh well that was a mistake". I had to actually ask for an apology! He then offered me a free drink. Room service took or threw away a nearly full bag of sweets off the bedside table, failed to replenish the milk and took the shower mat I'd been using off the floor and didn't replace it. They have dinner but it's very expensive and is a set menu for 2 so useless for a solo traveler! Disappointed for the price i paid. Avoid.

Liked: Is what it is for the price, easy 1 or 2 nights nothing more.
Disliked: The beds are too small, and the shower heads are just awful. The lock system didn't work, and the shower head just slid down to your waist. The bar fridge is way to small and the power card holders don't allow you to put a random card in the slot.

Liked: Had an upstairs room on fronting the street the double-glazed windows and sound proofing meant it was very quiet. Room was comfortable, clean with plenty of room
