Absolutely nothing open on Sunday....
Liked: Nice modern hotel in beautiful surroundings
Disliked: Absolutely nothing open on Sunday. No restaurant, bar or room service. The staff did message me of this in advance but unfortunately the message did not come through until after I had arrived at the hotel. Had I known I would have cancelled the booking. I would expect better from this standard of hotel.

Spectacular stay
Liked: The view and the interior atmosphere were fantastic!!! Also, the spa had a lot of small pools and saunas and lounges so it did not feel crowded even though it was fully booked. The hotel also has a lot of other activities, like bowling, laser game, arcade halls, etc, which we did not have time to explore, so we could easily spend more nights here!!!
Disliked: Nothing, actually.

Don't expect much - its...
Liked: Had the room with a view of the city - it was awesome
Disliked: Room fridge not working - had to use ice buckets each day to keep drinks coldRestaurant and bar was closed until 5pm everyday - the only bar/restaurant open was in the bowling alley Staff could hardly speak English No table service at the restaurant - had to que up for drinks and foodStaff did not know where the closest ski resort was as the ski resort at the hotel was closed for the first few days - when this has opened you could not hire ski equipment from the hotel.We had to hire a car for the days we were there as the staff could not arrange a taxi for 5 people - additional cost that we did not budget forSpa - very disappointing - it was more of a kids club with children running around and screaming - no control at allThe steam room was not working at all so that left us with a medium warm sauna where more intoxicated quests were making such a noise that I had to leaveNote you have to pay every time you visit the spa.........
