Spectacular stay

Liked: The view and the interior atmosphere were fantastic!!! Also, the spa had a lot of small pools and saunas and lounges so it did not feel crowded even though it was fully booked. The hotel also has a lot of other activities, like bowling, laser game, arcade halls, etc, which we did not have time to explore, so we could easily spend more nights here!!!
Disliked: Nothing, actually.

Disliked: Room fridge not working - had to use ice buckets each day to keep drinks coldRestaurant and bar was closed until 5pm everyday - the only bar/restaurant open was in the bowling alley Staff could hardly speak English No table service at the restaurant - had to que up for drinks and foodStaff did not know where the closest ski resort was as the ski resort at the hotel was closed for the first few days - when this has opened you could not hire ski equipment from the hotel.We had to hire a car for the days we were there as the staff could not arrange a taxi for 5 people - additional cost that we did not budget forSpa - very disappointing - it was more of a kids club with children running around and screaming - no control at allThe steam room was not working at all so that left us with a medium warm sauna where more intoxicated quests were making such a noise that I had to leaveNote you have to pay every time you visit the spa.........

Pretty hotel, no service, unfriendly...

Liked: The view, the hotel, and the rooms were nice.
Disliked: The staff are unfriendly, don’t speak or won’t speak English. There is no table service in the bistro. The staff have no English menus. For a ski resort, they don’t have any information about skiing or where to rent the ski gear or where to go for skiing. The spa is more like 6 small pools, kids everywhere and no quiet zone! There is no hygiene, shoes in saunas, no towels. Very disappointing time at the spa and you pay dearly to go in even as a hotel guest. It’s on the hill With a fabulous view but nothing to do. No bar, restaurant opens at 5:30pm and that’s all there is. The ala carte restaurant and bistro had the same menu every day for 5 days straight, including breakfast. I recommend the restaurant has an adults area and kids separate. The front of house when leaving booked the wrong cab when we asked for her and we nearly missed our train and had to pay for 2 cabs cause she wasn’t Listening. We got overcharged at the spa for 5 people instead of 4. The fridge in room 283 wasn’t working and the reception said they have no one that can fix it and for us to go get ice. Very very bad staff. One swore at us and I lodged a written complaint.

Lovely place to stay, prices...

Liked: Spa was very good... breakfast was lovely, beds comfortable.
Disliked: Room was very small, noise coming from bathroom which didnt stop. Beer and food was expensive.
