Terrible

Liked: No one at reception when arriving, had to look for staff. Equally when checking out.The room felt like sleeping in a corridor The layout terrible, could easily accommodate a better bed and under the window would fit nicely a double. But I understand this hotel is less motivated providing a pleasurable experience l. The Duvet cover is so thin and small Heating does not work so they provide an electrical heater, the fan is very loud In generaal the vacuum operated wc’s are so loud that you hear all rooms and additional sounds of water/ plumbing is equally loud. Why? So waking up at night is constant as the decibels are ridiculous.Soap ran out quick as you only discover when already showering.lightbulbs above mirror not working or broken. tv above the head so you can’t watch tv properly and the light from underneath is directly in your eyes at night. Had to cover it. I appreciate everything can be solved but it shows they do not value thinking about providing a room for a guest. You only had one job. Tv remote ridiculous as not working properly. Which is not unusual. No nightstand, again designing the layout properly would have solved it. Everything is not the most world shocking problems but it demonstrates that everything was just uncomfortable.

Horrible service, my room hasn't...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. Horrible service
Disliked: I had a most unpleasant stay. As I had a late check in , all the details have been given to me by message. Once I arrived to the hotel, and walk to my addressed room, I find the room has not been cleaned! The bed sheets were dirty and used, towel was used, and trash on the bin. I have been provided by email an emergency contact which I tried to call multiple times, with no luck at all. I have sent an email to the hotel, and called the day after without any reply. So far I haven't had any answer from the hotel. This is something to be ashamed of. I have never had such a problematic situation

Great location and lovely building....

Liked: Great short stay in Stockholm. If you want to stay in one of the old areas in Gamla Stan, this is comfortable and good value for money.

Fabulous location and excellent value...

Liked: Great location at an excellent price. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room decor was a bonus surprise.
Disliked: Coffee station can be managed better
