Liked: location was good, and the no windows thing meant it was pitch black with the lights off so good for sleeping. room was secure due to key code locking features. ice cold water, tea and coffee available in communal area.
Disliked: 1. Wasn't clean. There was so much dust on the shelf thingy beside the bottom bunk where the hotel binder was, and even that was covered in dust so no one had touched it in a while. I had to dust it all down so I could sleep without coughing and even put tissues down before putting my stuff on it. 2. there were silverfish in the bathroom which I understand given the location and close to water, however for the price, seeing little bugs crawling around in the bathroom was gross.3. speaking of the bathroom, whenever the tap or shower was on for more than 8 seconds, it would cause this huge backing up sound from the boiler or pipes, which seemed to be a shared problem with other rooms as I heard it early one morning when someone else was showering.4. the picture at the bottom of the bunks was on the floor and the cupboard it was supposed to conceal had one of the doors hanging off.5. thankfully it was just me staying in the room, but had there been a second person with me the top bunk not only was too high to easily climb into (that ladder was HIGH) but also it wasn't securely attached to the bedframe and begun to come away when I tried to go up there to check it out.I'm someone who doesn't expect a lot and for budget stays make exceptions and have low expectations, but this was way below my expectation. Due to how busy my itinerary was, I didn't raise these concerns with staff (who I only saw on check in due to them being there 3 til 7pm each day). They seemed nice, but I didn't have the time to attempt sorting these issues out.

Liked: location is really good, in the old town of stockholm, near slussen station to get everywhere by public transport (including boat lines to skansen/djurgarden :) near king's palace and nice area to eat, drink and have a lovely walk. hot water, a complimentary coffe and a small table to have a drink in the aisle of the hotel. hotel is ok for a small budget and few demands.
Disliked: .) official check in starting at 10, but room was not ready until 11:00. well, if you have a check out at 11, but check in at 10, it sure happens often that rooms are not ready at 10. In general not a big problem, we could leave our luggage there and checked out the city..) a double bed was comfirmed via email, but when we finally checked in in the evening, only a twin bed room was left and available..) booked a "deluxe" room. not sure if we really got one or if just a classic room was left in the evening (the online images of the different room types are all the same - and differ some kind of the real situation). So either the "deluxe" rooms do not deserve this naming and should be renamed as "sleazy" (in that case I do not want to know how "classic" rooms look like) or we just got what was left, despite having booking a different type of room... I guess the staff just messed up my booking...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Room was too small. The rooms are not at all same as shown in pictures uploaded on booking.com. When we asked the receptionist, she told us that it’s the fault of booking.com and after making the payment she was telling us that we can cancel the booking if we want. We didn’t have time to look for another hotel at such a short notice hence we had no choice but to stay in that small room for one night.

Liked: The hotel is located in the city center. There is good ventilation of the rooms. Common area is in cellar is cozy.
Disliked: The description and pictures of the room made it seem like it would be cozy, encouraging me to spend extra money to take it. Instead it was a tiny room, quite worn out that did not meet my expectations. Staff had no experience, claimed they had only been working for one day.

Disappointed

Liked: The key free system they use is simple and convenient.
Disliked: The offer was deceived. A twin bedroom is a stall bed. The shower floor didn’t look clean. The toilet paper was not even changed to its rack. The room is a sort of cave, and it looked like a storage place with a wall or window panel stored in the room.Limited place to store my backpack.The room was not properly hoovered.
