Disliked: Awoken at 6:30 every morning because of bin collections and food deliveries- never got a full sleepExpensive massage but squeezed into a small room; was not as relaxing as might be expected

We had a fantastic time,...

Liked: We loved the location. The room was brilliant with a beautiful view. Room service was great and staff were very helpful. We also enjoyed the spa downstairs. A lovely friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel, at the same time as being very private. Wonderfully quiet but also everything, restaurants, museums, bars, shops etc etc were all right there.
Disliked: It was a bit disappointing that the cocktail bar was closed, but the front bar was open so it wasn’t a problem. We really enjoyed our martinis!

Very nice stay in the...

Liked: Very classy hotel situated just next to the Palace and the old town and offering all the comfort expected.Very friendly staff
Disliked: The phonic isolation of the windows could probably benefit from an update
