Liked: Staff were great and helpful, good location.
Disliked: Did not like the room and would have preferred a bigger bedroom and a smaller bathroom seemed to be the wrong way around to me, quite cramped bedroom.Would prefer the smoking area to be further from the bedrooms, as it was we had cigarette smoke coming into our room every time someone had a cigarette outside our window.

Disliked: They changed their card system two times while I was there and my new card was on top of the room frame from the outside. Everyone could have entered my room - twice. Additionally, I couldn't get into the Hotel twice with the old card and had to call someone.
