Disliked: Shuttle was not described properly , the English translation was very bad we had to pay €20 for an Uber as the bus drove past 3 times! Rang and messaged the hotel twice with no answer. Also paid €2 for a hot chocolate that had practically a shot glass of actual drink in it

Totally worth the money and...

Liked: Great value for money and it was a great location because the bus to the airport was just around the corner. Also, the bathrooms and showers were right outside our door. Staff were super nice.

Liked: It’s at a good location and the shuttle service was on time.

Miserable place with miserable staff

Liked: Nothing! However the communication about booking the shuttle was very good and the lady behind the reception in the morning was very nice.
Disliked: Firstly it’s actually quite a long way from the airport and you have to book a shuttle which if you are coming from another terminal is a very long walk away. The beds were small and very uncomfortable with 1 small pillow. We asked for another pillow but they never came with them. The room was cold and you can’t turn the fire on. Also toilet and shower is down the hallway. Would recommend paying a bit more and staying nearer to the airport!

Great place for a one...

Liked: I booked a single room/shared bathroom for one night in order to get to the airport super early the next morning. This is a GREAT place for that. Basic, clean and comfortable. There was a sink and small table in my room, and the toilet/shower were just down the hall. There is a restaurant (quite expensive!) across the street and vending machines in the lobby. I would not want to stay here if my focus was to stay/see Paris! I LOVED the wallpaper.
Disliked: I chose the place as I needed to get to and from the airport quickly. One thing that drew me was the $4 euro shuttle, which I see many people have had trouble with. I too went online and paid the $4 Euro, but I was never able to find them in the airport (the Paris airport is HUGE!). In the end I just took public bus (there are three that go near the hotel), and that was just $2.50 euro! Sadly the staff at the hotel (both evening and morning) did not want to help with the app at all! The app in my opinion is outdated, non intuitive, and has no other language choice than french. So just be prepared to explore options of how to get to and from the hotel.
