A pleasant budget hotel but...

Liked: Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean.
Disliked: Location. Dark street, industrial area. No signpost to hotel from main street.

Dirty and not very customer...

Liked: Location to the motorway.
Disliked: Attitude of the receptionist, we had our dog with us which we always have, at first the receptionist wouldn,t let him be in the breakfast area even although there was no one else about, I went to sit out side and was confronted by the receptionist and 5 of hers friends smoking very strong french cigarettes. The cleanliness of this hotel has plumetted the floors in the room where very dirty, this hotel is not for us anymore.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Staff welcoming & helpful. Bed linen clean. TV worked and we watched French Bake Off. Selection of games in reception and Halloween decorations.
Disliked: No working toilets on our floor. Our floor’s showers being used as toilet instead by other guests. Sink in room didn’t drain very well.

Disliked: The color scheme….. The Wall paper…
